Since I was 12 years old, I’ve been romanticizing life one photo at a time from snapping tiny moments with my sister to capturing family photos for friends.
Photography started as a hobby and quickly became something much deeper. Right out of high school, I turned it into a career and now, even when I’m not working, I’m still taking photos of the people I love.
Born and raised on O‘ahu, I feel incredibly grateful to do what I love in one of the most beautiful places in the world. For the past 5+ years, I’ve been photographing couples, families, and love stories across the Hawaiian islands — blending storytelling with scenery, and capturing the real magic in everyday connection.
When I’m not holding a camera, I’m probably nose-deep in a fantasy book like Fourth Wing or Six of Crows - rooting for flawed characters, epic love stories, and the small, powerful moments that change everything. That’s the kind of magic I look for in real life, too.
To me, every little win, every quiet in-between moment, deserves to be remembered. Life is fleeting , let’s make it unforgettable.

Got pics for our 10 year anniversary - SO in love with them! Jy has such a beautiful eye for posing couples. I actually saw her taking someone else's pictures on the beach and watched how beautifully she was posing people and went up to her and asked her for her info haha. She is darling and fabulous to work with. Highly recommend!

Jy was so good to my fiancé and I. She took me in last minute - about one week prior. Hawaii’s weather can be unpredictable. The day we scheduled began to rain so she pushed us in her schedule to do the next day and I’m so glad we did because the weather was the total opposite. The pictures turned out so beautifully. She made us feel really comfortable. I’m awkward in front of the camera but Jy guided us on what to do and how to pose. Thanks again for being so hospitable Jy!
