Hi I’m Jynessa (jye-neh-suh) or Jy for short. I am a 25 year photographer born and raised on the island of Oahu. For the past 5 years I've been able to turn my passion for photography into a career. I liveee for taking photos, dancing, cute puppies and defending the Star Wars prequels. I am a hopeless romantic that loves to capture stories through warm, vibrant, yet intimate photos.

My husband and I have worked with 2 other photographers before working with Jy and I can confidently say that she outperformed them by miles. She was SO fun to work with and was an excellent communicator over email and text. She made sure we knew where to go, what to do, and how to pose at every moment! I got in touch with Jy to get family photos while we were in Oahu for our first vacation after our baby was born. Unfortunately, our trip had to be rescheduled and Jy was very understanding.
