Romance is in the air on the beaches of Oahu… a golden sunrise engagement photoshoot on the north side of the island with a playful couple and some fun shots in the wave!
Something I absolutely love about my job is getting to see all these sweet couples come out for some cute engagement pictures. What’s more exciting than seeing two people in love getting ready to announce the next chapter of their life together?
Everything about this session is such a dream! Kaitlin and Daniel were the perfect pair to work with this morning. We drove out north to come and capture some sunrise golden hour pictures. I love that the clouds were mostly clear at the beginning of the photoshoot. The skies were all sorts of pastel pinks and oranges. The longer the session went on, it became a bit cloudy which was actually perfect for the lighting. They dressed in cream colored outfits that really complimented the light blue waves and beige sands. Kaitlin and Daniel were so playful and smiley… their excitement and joy was so contagious! In the end, they played in the water a little bit which, in my opinion, make for the best photos!
