Sweet boho-chic destination wedding Paliku Gardens in Kualoa Ranch in Oahu, Hawaii! Full of charming details, a tearful speeches, and a fun reception, this wedding couldn’t have been more perfect.
Raelani and Austin are total sweethearts. I had the pleasure shooting their engagement photos last summer and now I’ve gotten to see their wedding! It always means so much more to any photographer when previous couples come back for another chapter in their lives.
This wedding had all the lovely details. A beautiful view of Mokoli’i island (more famously known as Chinaman’s Hat), monstera and Hawaiian wedding flowers, a macrame lace wedding dress, and neutral tones like the peach shot glass favors and white table linens for the reception. Paliku Gardens at Kualoa Ranch was beyond gorgeous this day and is definitely a star amongst Hawaii dream destinations.
In the afternoon, Raelani and Austin tied the knot with close friends and family from both Hawaii and California alike! After the emotional and tear-jerking ceremony, the couple took bride and groom photos and then off to cocktail hour! Following, the reception began where there was lots of food and sweet treats.
Throughout the night, it had begun pouring outside the tent. However, that made for such memorable times for everyone! So many folks danced in the rain and had fun despite a little water. Raelani and Austin had their first dances in rain and the downpour certainly didn’t sour the mood at all. Their first dance was beyond romantic and definitely one for the books.
