A colorful and gorgeous beach session for this sweet family. Making genuine memories out there while getting your pictures taken!
This morning, we headed out to a small beach at sunrise in east Oahu. This location is such a gem because of the lush greenery, tidepools, and vast sands with that gorgeous view in the background like below. The sunrises here are crazy in the morning, cloudy or not. With this particular session, the clouds were definitely coming in, but the light was shining through, which made this session all the more dreamier!
The Jenniskens family wanted to get some of their family photos done this morning, so we were going to make that happen. This family was so playful out on the beach with all the running around and goofy little poses that it was so much fun for everyone. Some of the best pictures that you can get are ones where you’re out and moving around and playing with each other. It’s always so nice to see kids and parents goofing around and being each other in front of the camera because it’s so genuine!
I also love that colors that the Jenniskens wore to this shoot. Auburn, various shades of blue, khaki… they all work so well with the environment and the mood. They really stand out and coordinate perfectly as a family!
