I cannot stop thinking about this elopement between Destinee and Gerald. This is truly just the sweetest and most intimate way to celebrate and make your life-long commitment official. There is nothing more beautiful than an elopement at the ocean with your closest friends and family.
Elopements or weddings? What’s better? Well, that’s up to you. How are you feeling? Do you want lots of friends and family with a dance party and a huge extravaganza? Or do you want something small and intimate with only the closest people in your life present? Destinee and Gerald had asked themselves those questions and decided that an elopement was for them. Big weddings or small, I’m happy to capture them all! This was in particular was just the absolute dreamiest to be a part of.
The couple started out with a cute first look and emotional vow exchange. Following, with a handful of friends and family, they had their ceremony with the beach and mountains in the background. It was the sweetest and everyone could not have been happier. The couples portraits were along the fields where they danced and in the waves at sunset.
Lastly, there was a small picnic table setup where everyone sat and ate. Though small, this setup was nothing short of elegance. With a mini wedding cake that says “i do” and a vibrant charcuterie board, everyone attended the “reception” and the two lived happily ever after!
