Back with another sweet photoshoot that I was able to capture! Nothing beats going out to the beaches in Hawaii and where there’s endless beauty everywhere. Today, Almira and Francis wanted to capture the a big chapter of their love story: the engagement phase. These have to be some of the happiest sessions that I do since there’s nothing happier than two people in love who have just agreed to spend the rest of their lives together!
We went out to one of the many west Oahu beaches to take these pictures. You kind of get the best of both worlds here. There’s a small grassy field nearby the beach, and of course, photos on the tide pools and waves. Something I love about this shoot is that it was a little cloudy earlier in. But then the closer the sun lowered, the more the clouds cleared up and we had a gorgeous sunset. Golden hour sunsets are hard to beat!
For this photoshoot, Almira wore a colorful pink and red dress. It kind of resembles a flower! Her second outfit was a white dress of similar style, just in white this time. Francis wore a beige-gray polo and black slacks. And for his second outfit, a white top and khakis to match the tone of his partner’s dress. They looked so cute this day and surely had a lot of fun dancing on the waves with the sunset in the background. I couldn’t be happier to capture their love story!
