This gorgeous and elegant Hawaii Polo Club wedding in Waialua, Hawaii will not only have one blog post, but two! There were so many amazing moments from this wedding that I had to split up the gallery showcase into two parts.
With the wedding being an afternoon ceremony, the bride and groom had to get ready early in the day.
Lorelei, the bride, went with neutral eye makeup, rose lips, and pearl jewelry. You’ll be quick notice that pearls are a recurring theme throughout the wedding. From Lorelei’s sheer pearl coverup, to the pearl beaded white wedding veil, earrings, to even the jewelry her bridesmaids were wearing.
Russel, the groom, wore a dashing black wedding suit with black slacks and a black tie to match! Him and his groomsmen were acting silly during the “getting ready” photos, which I thought was so cute! Nothing like your best friends to break the tension of the big day!
The intimate first look between Lorelei and Russel was so sweet. Russel had put on his white flowered green ti leaf maile lei, while Lorelei held her white rose and baby’s breath bouquet. They were being so cute to each other as they first laid eyes upon their soon-to-be-spouse. I was so excited for them behind the camera!
After their first look, I invited their closest friends, family, parents, bridesmaids, and groomsmen to take pictures as well. The bridesmaids wore matching beige dresses while the groomsmen wore black tuxes to match. However! Instead of a black tie, they opted for beige ties instead. What a cute touch!
The Hawaii Polo Club is truly one of the most beautiful wedding venues I’ve ever shot at. This place provides so many gorgeous shooting locations, such as the walk along the beach and the open lawn. Lorelei and Russel were absolutely radiant as I got to capture them moments before their ceremony walking through the trees.
